Schlage Encode WiFi Solved : r/homeassistant - Reddit
Y’all, I’m so stoked right now. I've been looking for a way to get my preexisting Schlage Encode WiFi locks into Home Assistant and saw this post saying that there is a custom integration! I ended up using this fork of the original project. It was pretty easy to get set up. I put some more info in my build post for anyone looking for more details, but TL;DR it works, and gives lock/unlock ...

Schlage Encode PLus driving me nuts with setup : r/HomeKit - Reddit
Before I did those things, setup was a little tricky. Sadly, my experience with Schlage customer service was that they didn't know much about HomeKit. Be patient. I have to Schlage's, one is the encode plus, and both have worked very very well for years now. Totally worth the effort in my opinion.

Help with deciding on which Smart Lock to buy? Yale, Schlage ... - Reddit
I have the schlage connect (same thing as the encode but zwave instead of wifi). I have been very happy with it. I bought it because it was the only ANSI grade 1 smart lock that existed at the time, and at its core, it's a lock that I want to protect the house with.

Home app: multiple users and privileges, questions on Schlage ... - Reddit
I recently bought a Schlage Encode Plus and it's my first foray into Apple's Home app and HomeKit, other than the Apple TV. As a total newbie I just want to ask a few questions to make sure I'm getting this right. Firstly, is there a way for multiple people to have full privileges / access in the Home app?

Schlage deadbolt in the wrong direction - HomeSeer Message Board
So I just received my Schlage deadbolt, and realize that it is geared towards a right-side opening door (when facing door from outside). It appears I can install it in my left-side opening door and have the bolt open/close correctly. However, I see nothing on how to reverse the electronics so that the lock believes the

Locksmith told me Schlage is bad? : r/Locksmith - Reddit
Schlage has multiple product lines. All manufactures selling DIY products at big box stores cut quality to lower cost. Big difference between schlage B60, and B560, B660. Schlage is still a quality line. Sounds like the locksmith specializes in AssaAbloy brand locks. Who is the locksmith ?

Smart locks - Yale vs Schlage : r/smarthome - Reddit
The schlage is very snappy and def faster than using a key. Yale: not so much Folks have talked about the Yale battery life - it eats batteries, and if you turn off wifi you can't connect remotely. I can connect to my Schlage Z-Wave AND have the batteries last. The Yale also loses network connection constantly, each time notifying my on my phone.

Aqara U100 or Schlage Encode Plus? : r/HomeKit - Reddit
I am looking to replace an old August Smart Lock Pro + Connect with a new HomeKit-friendly smart lock. I've narrowed it down to the Aqara U100 or the Schlage Encode Plus. I've got kids who lose things constantly, so I like the many unlock options of the Aqara, but I know it just came out. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. The Schlage seems really solid, but now that the U100 has been ...
