    "I met with the team and they promised me that they would work with insurance to get me the best rate. They told me iI was covered by insurance so I accepted treatment and for 3 weeks paid the copays that they told me I would owe. Later, they told me that I was not actually covered and they force me to pay the rate, after I accepted and signed a treatment plan. Sounds like a preadotry practice of Bait and switch."

    "I had 3 different counselors each one discontinued therapy abruptly without notifying me in advance. The agency stated the first two quit. The agency failed to notify me. The last counselor was in training from Case Western Univ. masters program she did the exact same thing even after assuring me this would not happen with her. Thus failure to close cases properly @ Your Recovery Counseling is obviously systemic and not a big deal to them!"
